This series contains minutes and agenda (1965-1974, 1977) of the Lutheran Coordination Service (LCS) and its predecessor bodies, the Committee on the Coordination of Assistance to the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Tanzania (CCA) (1964-1968) and the Lutheran Coordination Service- Tanzania (LCS-T) (1968-1973). CCA minutes (1967-1968) and agenda (1965- 1968) are from its organizational and annual meetings and from a consultation on the constitution of the Committee (1968). Minutes contain member and missionary lists, and finance and paper discussion. LCS-T minutes and agenda (1968-1972) are from its general and executive committee meetings. Minutes include election of officers; coordinating, business, and missionary personnel affairs secretaries' reports, discussion of staff and missionary issues, scholarship issues, finance and budget, projects and programs, and distribution of religious literature in Tanzania. LCS minutes and agenda (1972-1974, 1977) are from an LCS workshop and general meetings and contain organizational meeting records, constitution, staff reports, and discussion of finance and missionary personnel issues.
